An experience character is a character that goes into a specific experience (Negative or Positive), where the character is the embodiment of a feeling or an emotion that makes self want to do something or act in a specific way. The experience is thus directing self to make decisions and act in specific ways, self has abdicated oneself responsibility towards a specific moment and follow the energy that directs self within the situation.
Here is an example of how to identify an experience character:
We’re in a discussion about characters and the discussion has been walked for about 2 hours and the next moment I start having a fidgeting experience – like I am unable to stay – I have to go away, I have to move – I looked at this energy within and as myself and stop the energy from directing me. I then stood within and as the energy. What I found was a character that says “Stop! This is too much information – Stop” Within that moment I realised that I was accessing the ‘too much information character’. I looked inside myself to see what this character looked like and found a picture presentation of this character within and as my mind. I brought the character here as me and allowed the character to move through me, standing one and equal to the character and within that moment of moving through the character I realised ‘I am here’.
The key to ‘experience characters’ is to realise where self ‘change’ as an experience / as an energy within and as self. This moment of ‘change’ is the moment where self can ‘see’ within and as self that self has ‘changed’ into experiencing a specific ‘feeling’. Within the example above the ‘feeling’ was of “I’ve had enough” / “I have to get out of here” – Thus showing to self that self is no longer here within and as the breath, but is instead already following the feeling that is directing self to act in a specific way. The energy as experience has started to direct self. In the example above – if self did not stand up within and as the moment and stop the energy from directing self – Self would have been directed by the energy by either leaving the room, standing up, going somewhere else, getting away from the moment as the character of ‘this is too much information’ would have possessed self and directed self away from what is here within and as the moment.
