This is a continuation to:
This is the process that I am using to walk through the characters that I identify within and as myself. The thinking character in my previous Blog is one example of the thinking character where we imagine what a person is talking about by creating pictures within our minds and imagining what it is that they are saying here is another example of a thinking character:
A thought about my friend comes up within my mind and I start to think about the last time I saw her and I would like to see her again and I start thinking about phoning her and what I could say to her because I haven’t seen her in a long time. I think about what I can wear. Then I realise that I just went into my thinking character where I had this whole experience within and as myself where I looked at my friend as a picture within and as my mind as well as myself as a picture within and as my mind where I constructed a whole conversation as a picture within and as my mind of what I will say to them, what I will wear etc.
One can see within the example above that in both scenarios pictures are used as mental projections to ‘create’ a scenario within one’s mind. Within both of these scenarios self has made use of the thinking character to ‘imagine’ within and as one’s mind how this scenarios plays out or how the information works of what the person has explained to self.
Let’s have a look at the practical application of walking through the characters that self has accepted and allowed self to become.
Step 1: I realise I am thinking
Step 2: I stop my participation within the thoughts
Context to the word ‘Information’ used in this Blog – The mind is a databank of information where each memory within and as the mind contains detailed information about events that took place in the past. Also within the mind are structural memories where which are base designs of information, for instance you will have a base design of what a chair is within and as your mind and when you walk into a room – you will already know that a beanbag can function as a chair as the base design within and as well will find the structural information within one’s mind and see that the beanbag can be utilised as a chair. All of this is information within and as self that self utilises within and as oneself while accessing the mind.
Step 3: I ask myself what is the Nature of the thought – Within both examples the nature of the thoughts are imagining information (What the person is talking about / how I project a scenario) in my mind through many pictures in my mind like a movie so I can ‘see’ in my mind what the person is talking about or so I can ‘see’ the scenario I am creating / projecting.
Step 4: I realise within and as myself that this is the thinking character that I had become for this moment as I have realised that through imagining pictures within and as my mind I am creating an alternate reality to what is here within and as the physical and I ‘see’ this reality as real within and as myself.
Context of Physical Resistance –When self is at a point of change within and as self for instance in our example of bringing a character of self here, there is a physical resistance point within and as self that stops self from bringing the character here as oneself. When self is faced with this physical resistance where the bringing the character here stops, to bring the character here as self one can apply physical self forgiveness to bring the character here.
Context of Physical Self forgiveness is the realisation within and as self that for instance in our example the character that self had defined oneself as, in separation of self is not real as life as self and through this self-realisation self takes responsibility that self had accepted and allowed this character as an expression of self and through this realisation self allows self to let this character within and as self go.
Step 5: Then I bring the thinking character here – Within this process of bringing the character here within and as myself I experience a physical resistance within and as myself, so I move through this resistance by applying physical self forgiveness within and as myself for judging myself as this character. As I apply SF on judging the character I bring the character here as myself and allow myself to see how this character functions, when it functions, how it functions, I allow myself to look at the functionality of the character and the entirety of the life of the character and as I am allowing myself to look at the life of the character, I am allowing myself to move through the character by physically allowing myself to forgive myself that I had accepted and allowed this character within and as myself.
Within this process I am letting the character within and as myself go as I am moving through the character and as I have moved through the final point of the character as a graven image that I had given life to – I remain – I am here.
