I commit myself to stop and expose the characters that we live where we believe that the characters that we are living is ourselves and through this I commit myself to not accept and allow myself to use the different characters within and as myself to hide behind and through this I commit myself to stand vigilant within and as myself and see and identify the characters within and as myself when and as they arise and to not accept and allow myself to put on the suite of the next character that steps forward

I commit myself to walk through my participation within and as my world and see where within my participation I accept and allow different characters to step forth and participate within my expression and through this I commit myself to identify the characters that I have accepted and allowed myself to manifest as expressions of myself and to not accept and allow these characters to direct me within my participation and through this I commit myself to stand here as breath and direct me as the living word and as the living breath.

I commit myself that stand as the living breath and when and as I see thoughts arising within and as myself I commit myself to identify the nature of the thoughts as I have seen, realised and understood that the nature of the thoughts are the characters that are stepping forward to test to see whether I will accept and allow these characters to manifest as expressions of myself. 

I commit myself to stop and expose the chameleon of characters that I have accepted and allowed myself to become and through this I commit myself to not accept and allow myself to follow the thoughts that lead to me dressing myself with the next character that I have stored within and as myself.

I commit myself to see, realise and understand that when a character can change from one nature to the next that that is not a real expression of who I am and as such I commit myself to not accept and allow the nature of who I am to change from one expression to next, but to instead chose stability as life within and as myself where I measure the nature of who I am within every breath that I take as an expression of life. 

I commit myself to not accept and allow myself to follow the thoughts within and as myself as I have seen realised and understood that the nature of the thoughts is the character that I am accepting and allowing myself to dress myself with and become and through this I commit myself to not accept and allow the nature of thoughts to direct who I am but to instead stand as breath here directing myself as life.

I commit myself to relinquish my dependence on my characters and to not accept and allow myself to dress myself within the nature of the characters that I have as I have seen, realised and understood that the characters that I play are not real as life but are characters designed by the nature of my thoughts that I participate within and as and through this I commit myself to stand as the expression of life and to not accept and allow myself to be consumed by the thoughts that design the characters that I play.
