52: Moving through my characters - Thinking Character Self Forgiveness

Statements
This is a continuation to:

44I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate within and as the thinking character within and as myself where I would create an alternate reality in my mind where I would watch a picture presentation show where I am the main character in the movie who is watching this show within and as myself while someone is talking and I am creating the picture presentation within and as myself to watch the movie as the words are spoken.
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see, realise and understand that I am able to hear what is spoken as the words that are here without creating a movie within and as my mind of what it is that the other person is talking about and through this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear not being able to hear when I am here and through this fear I forgive myself that I had accepted and allowed myself to create separation  within and as myself by creating an alternate reality within and as myself where I am able to view what it is that the person is saying by creating a movie about the words that are being spoken where I am able to view this movie within and as my mind.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear giving up the ‘thinking character’ as I had accepted and allowed myself to believe that this thinking character is me and through this I forgive myself that I fear giving up this character as I don’t know who I will be without this character and through this I forgive myself that I had accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am this character unable to live, speak, participate without this character and through this I forgive myself that I had limited myself to only exist within and as my mind as this limited character of thought.
I forgive myself that I had accepted and allowed myself to hold onto the thinking character within and as myself as when I am in thought I experience a ‘good’ energy within and as myself as I am lulled by this energy as I am looking at things in thought within and as my mind and through this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hold onto this ‘good’ feeling within and as myself unknowingly accepting and allowing myself to remain within and as the thought character.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to remain hypnotised within and as my thoughts not realising that I am separating myself from what is here within and as the physical and through this I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see, realise and understand that while I am in thought I am separate from the physical reality and thus not here, present within and as each moment and through this I forgive myself that I had not accepted and allowed myself to see, realise and understand that I am the one who is creating my own hypnotised state through my participation within and as the thoughts that I am having.
I forgive myself that I had not accepted and allowed myself to see, realise and understand that I had created an imprisonment for myself within and as my mind, where I am constantly placed into a hypnotised state through my participation within and as my thoughts that I had forgotten what it is to be here as breath as my participation within and as every moment is directed by thoughts as the pictures that come up within and as my mind, where I give permission for these thoughts to direct me here within and as the physical through my participation and acceptance of the these thoughts as real.
I forgive myself that I had not accepted and allowed myself to  realise the importance of breath as I now see, realise and understand that when I am present within every breath that I take, that the movie as pictures that I create within and as my mind is interrupted with each breath, thus I see, realise and understand that using the breath as a tool to ground myself here within and as the physical, is my key to stopping the thoughts as picture presentation within and as my mind.
