Day 38: Design of Beliefs

Beliefs are part of pre-programmed designs within and as ourselves. It is the things that we take for granted as the truth without us actually having a look at what it is that we believe in and investigating these points for and as ourselves within and as the physical.

Beliefs we have adopted within our adult lives:
The beliefs that are easy for us to discern are the ones that we have adopted within our adult lives. So let’s start by having a look at some examples on this level of programing:
When we as some adults decide to become vegetarians you can always trace this decision back to an idea that emerged within and as self, either through ones participation with others who are already vegetarians or through what self has observed other people doing. This idea that emerged within and as self is then fuelled within and as self by self-justifications and self-righteousness as thoughts within and as self, where self is justifying this idea that emerged within and as self and making self right within the decision that self had decided to make. Within this initial idea that emerged within and self, self has started to build and construct a belief through the self-justifications and self-righteousness thoughts that self has attached to the initial idea. Within this process of constructing a belief within and as self, self is attaching the emotional body that is existent within the self-justification as well as the self-righteous thoughts as memories to this initial idea that self had.
The severity of the culmination of the emotional body that is formed within the construction of the belief will then create the severity of how strongly one believes in one’s quest of manifesting this initial idea that self had which have now culminated into a belief within and as self, through how self participated in manifesting and creating this belief within and as self.
The example that is used here is showing how an initial idea coupled with self justifications and self-righteousness as thoughts with emotional bodies, was taken within and as self to create a belief within and as self. Within this example there was no practicality of the physical taken into consideration, as self had built this belief within and as self, separate from the physical, which self is now manifesting within and as one’s world by being a Vegetarian.
The example here is not making the concept of Vegetarianism ‘wrong’, as there are people within this world who are physically intolerant to meat where meat does not agree with their physical bodies. This post is merely showing how we create ideas within and as ourselves that we take further into manifesting beliefs that we drive ourselves to live within and as the physical.

Beliefs that are part of our Pre-Programming that come from generation back:
Identifying beliefs that are part of our pre-programming that comes from generations back are a bit more difficult to identify within and as ourselves as we are already the manifestation of these beliefs within and as ourselves, and the examples from the people around us preserve our ‘heritage’ which contains the beliefs that we live within and as our lives. An example of an old wives tale that has already been debunked is for instance where we believed that if wind blows on certain parts of our bodies that we will become sick. Some people still hold onto this belief within and as themselves and will with the slightest little wind cover parts of their bodies in the fear of getting sick if they don’t. Again within this example, we are not looking at ‘not covering oneself’ when it is cold or one is a situation that is uncomfortable physically for the human body – We are merely looking at the ‘belief’ that one will get sick if certain parts of one’s body is not covered.
As stated, these two examples showed here are relative easy to work with, it is the pre-programmed designs from generations back that we are still living today, without question, without looking at the practicality of the physical, just blindly doing and acting out our beliefs as though they are real that we require to address.
So – How do we, living with our pre-programmed designs today identify beliefs within and as ourselves? The first red flag should jump up when we take in a position of defensiveness when someone questions our actions and participation within and as the physical. If we are incapable of looking at a point and have the desire to defend what it is that we are doing / saying / participating within and as, without being able to practically walk a point within and as the physical showing, describing and sharing our participation, then we are looking at a belief within and as ourselves. The statements “You must do it this way” or “It should be done this way” or “it is just the way it is” are common answers that come from a position of belief within and as self.
It is thus up to each one individually to be and become self honest within and as self, to investigate that which self has accepted and allowed to manifest as beliefs within and as self and to thus give back to self the permission to let these beliefs as manifestations of self go, by actively looking at where self becomes reactive or defensive when self’s application is questioned within a moment of physical application.
