I commit myself to stop searching for myself within the external world and I commit myself to slow down within and as myself and look and see for myself who it is that I have become and to through this enable myself to direct who I have become to a choice of what is best for all within any given moment.

I commit myself to identify the nature of my thoughts to see, realise and understand who I have accepted and allowed myself to become and through this I commit myself to direct the nature of who I have become to what is best for all, as I realise that what is best for all is best for myself.

I commit myself to let go of the emphasis that I have placed on the external world as a representation of myself and through this I commit myself to look at my practical participation within and as every breath that I take as I realise that I am the director of who I am as an expression of myself and as the director of who I am, I direct my expression in every breath.

I commit myself to allow myself to see the nature of my thoughts as I realise that it is only in seeing and realising the nature of my thoughts and forgiving these thoughts and then directing these thoughts that I am able to change the expression of who I am in every breath.

I commit myself  to unify my words and my thoughts, for if I see that the thoughts that I have I am unwilling to speak I cannot give value to the thoughts that I have and I cannot give life to the thoughts that I have by believing that they are true. I therefor commit myself to use the filters that I have as tools to be the guidelines for myself to ensure that I direct the thoughts as who I have become to be able to stand one and equal to that which I think and speak as an expression of who I am.

I commit myself to stop hiding behind the filters that I have allowed myself to hide my nature from myself as well as hide my nature from those around me, I hereby commit myself to direct the nature of who I am as what I have become to be an expression of life, thus enabling myself to stand one and equal before the words that I choose to speak.

I commit myself to stop manipulating my thoughts into words that I perceive is acceptable to those around me and to instead direct my thoughts to become the living expression of who I choose be as an expression of life in a practical measurable way that will ensure everyone’s right to life.

I commit myself to face the fear of looking at the nature of who I have become by accepting and allowing myself to see the thoughts as the nature of myself and through this allow myself to direct my thoughts as what I have accepted and allowed myself to become.

I commit myself to unify my deeds with the nature of who I am by not accepting and allowing myself to participate in deeds that are done only for show but to instead become the living expression of my deeds ensuring that each action that I take is measured within and as myself to be equal and one with the physical expression that is before me and to ensure that the physical action is measured to what is best for all life.

I commit myself to unify my thoughts, words and deeds to an expression of oneness and equality to be able to stand before all equally as life, as a self honest, self directive expression of life.
